AWE TUNING

Based in Pennsylvania, this company strides to have the best possible product within their means of manufacturing. Raw material in one door and finished, properly fitted exhaust systems leaving the other door. Understandably, carbon manufacturing occurs off-site. Designing for this company was a challenge; we overcame packaging issues, lean manufacturing practices, and came up with cost effective solutions without sacrificing performance or aesthetics.

SKILLS DEPLOYED: Solidworks CAD, Product Design & Development, Carbon Fiber, Injection Molding, 3D Scanning, Exhaust Packaging, Sheetmetal, Tube Bending, Photo Editing, and Graphic Design.
